Brian Stables MBA FCMA ATCL

Brian is the founder Director of Profex Associates and has worked in manufacturing and related industries for over 25 years. For the past 13 years, Brian has worked very closely with all aspects of the automotive business. Originally qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant, he moved into Sales and Marketing and then Business Development and General Management.

Brian has extensive experience in the global business world having worked in UK, North America, Czech Republic and Romania. He has also been involved in setting up and developing organizations and business relationships in Brazil, Mexico, Western Europe (France, German, Portugal, Spain) and India.

Brian also has experience in the service and public sectors, and is currently a Non-Executive Director of West Wiltshire Primary Care Trust, and a part-time lecturer at the University of Bath in Entrepreneurship Studies.

Milos Hoff MSc PhD

Milos graduated from Charles University in Prague with a Masters Degree in Physical Chemistry and completed his Doctorate in the Physics of Solid-State Polymers. Having worked in England for eight years, Milos returned to Czech Republic where his previous experience of working in and for Western European companies in Project Management, Sales and Production areas has proved invaluable.

Milos worked for a UK plc who then set up a joint venture in the Czech Republic. Milos’ experience was critical to the success of this joint venture as he was able to advise on the key cultural as well as business issues and fully utilise his fluency in both English and Czech.

His experience in top management further includes key positions with a major Czech manufacturer of Cosmetics, a Business Consulting and Travel Company and a Swiss manufacturer of high performance air conditioning and heating system components.

Milos is able to bring a unique perspective to the work of Profex Associates.

Having over 20 years experience in R&D and manufacturing industries, including 10 years successful history as President and Executive General Manager of a number of Romanian companies, Dragos believes in the future development of Romanian society in compliance with European rules/culture.

Dragos-Nicolae is MSc in Macromolecular Chemistry and PhD in Applicative Sciences being an active member of the American Chemical Society. He graduated the Tire Mechanics Course at the University of Akron and has wide experience and certificates of recognized skills for scientific software and Quality Management Systems.

Dragos-Nicolae is an “interesting product” of Romanian society; his strengths include not only a solid background in rubber and plastic processing industry, but also excellent strategic planning and organizational skills in establishing new organizations. His strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven by excellent relationships with business partners are demonstrated by his profit and result oriented outlook and excellent team membership and managerial skills.

He has demonstrated effectiveness in investments, development and re-engineering of production activities; he has worked with many western companies and is involved in projects of European organizations in Romania.

Dragos-Nicolae is known as a charismatic individual with determination, tenacity and energy. In his background it is easy to find a range of different activities including involvement in Romanian Health Ministry reforms to hobbies like engine tuning, car racing or Italian cuisine.

He starts a process to find people able to rationalize the activity according to the changes on the Romanian economy/market in order to maximize the efficiency, and not least profitability. He succeeds in bringing together a group of skilled persons acting as a team and a number of companies that work together under the umbrella of Profex to provide a wide range of services in Romania.
